Surgery objectives
Rhinoplasty is the procedure where we modify structures of the nasal anatomy. The ultimate goal of the surgery is to harmonize the proportions of your nose and, consequently, your entire face. When performing Rhinoplasty, we aim for a natural result, consistent with the rest of the facial proportions.
In addition to aesthetic benefits, some breathing problems caused by defects in these structures can be corrected.
Además de los beneficios estéticos, se pueden corregir algunos problemas respiratorios causados por defectos en algunas de estas estructuras.
Indications
- Asymmetrical nose
- Depressions or hump on the bridge of the nose in profile view
- Drooping or excessively high tip
- Excessively wide nasal bridge or nostrils
- Large, asymmetrical, or overly visible nostrils
General information
- The first consultation is the most important. We will discuss what you dislike about your nose, evaluate your expectations regarding the results, and determine if they are realistic based on your physical characteristics. After this evaluation, we take photographs and measurements that will help us offer the most appropriate technique for your particular case. Complementary studies such as Computed Tomography will assist us in locating functional problems of the nose.
- It is very important for us that you obtain all the information about the surgery and the results we can achieve. It is normal to feel some anxiety about the results or stress, and we encourage you to discuss all of this with us so we can help you cope with it. All noses are different, and several factors determine that each procedure is personalized and planned individually.
- We only perform our procedures in accredited medical centers that have all the necessary infrastructure and comfort to ensure that your experience with us is optimal.
