Breast augmentation
Surgical goals
In breast augmentation surgery, our aim extends beyond mere volume enhancement. We endeavor to sculpt a youthful and well-proportioned contour, enhancing the overall aesthetic harmony tailored to each patient’s unique physique.
Indications
- Small breasts
- Breasts that have lost volume after breastfeeding
- Asymmetrical breasts
- Cases of tuberous breasts
- Others (Poland syndrome, etc.)
- Breasts that have lost volume following weight changes or bariatric surgery

General Information
- Conducting a prior consultation and evaluation where we consider your relevant medical history, physical characteristics, and the results you would like to achieve is always necessary.
- We provide guidance and assistance to each of our patients in selecting the implant size that best suits their physical characteristics, preferences, and desired outcomes. This is done through a specific consultation where we take various measurements and characteristics of each patient’s breasts and perform the implant sizing. The implant selection process is personalized and of great importance to us.
- Although the procedure may seem straightforward, and while it is one that we perform very frequently, we must assess each case individually to tailor the technique that best suits each patient. No two patients are alike, nor are their breasts identical.

Points to consider
- The choice of incisions for the surgical procedure depends on the unique physical characteristics of each patient. The chosen placement site will determine the concealment of scars. There are two options: infra-areolar (below the areola) and submammary (in the fold beneath the breast). Our scars typically exhibit excellent quality and necessitate some post-operative care.
- The placement plane of the implant varies from patient to patient, contingent upon the characteristics of their breasts and the thickness of tissue coverage available for the implant. Various implant placement planes include retro-glandular (behind the mammary gland), sub-fascial (beneath the fascia), retro-muscular (behind the pectoral muscle), and dual-plane (partially beneath the muscle and partially behind the mammary gland).
- We exclusively utilize high-quality implants with a proven track record and offer guarantees to our patients. This ensures maximum safety and durability, fostering confidence among both our patients and ourselves.
- In certain instances, it may be necessary to combine breast augmentation with implants with other procedures to achieve the desired outcomes. Examples of such procedures include breast lift or fat grafting.”
