Surgery objectives
Over time, the face and neck undergo numerous changes: the skin becomes more lax, some tissues may droop due to gravity, and other areas lose volume. These phenomena occur simultaneously and progressively. Various procedures are indicated to address each affected area:
– Eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty: rejuvenates the gaze by removing excess skin and eyelid bags when necessary.
– Brow lift: lifts drooping brows that may sag over the upper eyelids, creating a more youthful appearance.
– Facelift: tightens underlying structures, redistributes facial volume, and removes excess skin, restoring the youthful contour of the face.
– Neck lift and neck liposculpture: tightens the neck, and improves its position and volume.
– Fat transfer: adds volume to areas that need it.
– Other procedures such as laser, chemical peels, platelet-rich plasma, etc.
When performing facial rejuvenation surgeries, whether individually or combined, the primary goal is to achieve an elegant, refined, and natural result without altering the patient’s features.
Indications
- Eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty and/or brow lift: sad or tired appearance due to excess eyelid skin or tissue drooping, and the appearance of eyelid bags.
- Facelift: the descent of the cheekbones, excess skin in the cheeks, and the progressive appearance of facial creases.
- Neck lift and neck liposculpture: sagging skin on the neck and the appearance of a double chin.

General information
- Facial rejuvenation procedures are customizable according to the needs and characteristics of each patient.
- Surgical procedures address deeper tissues and reposition them, resulting in a more youthful appearance.
- The more superficial layers, such as skin with fine wrinkles, are addressed with other procedures (laser, peeling, IPL, platelet-rich plasma, etc.) that improve its quality and appearance and can be performed together to achieve better results.
- The recovery time is approximately 14-21 days.
- Natural results are considered good outcomes; surgical stigmata resulting from excessive skin tightening are not sought after with this procedure. In other words, the patient’s features will not be altered.
